Faclade has worked in the UK cladding industry since 2000, supplying and installing for other contractors and service providers. In 2024, we became a complete, in-house contractor — handling specification, supply and installation ourselves, for our own clients.
Our Story
Faclade has been active in the UK cladding industry since 2000, working alongside other contractors, developers and service providers on the supply and installation side of their projects. Over more than two decades, our team built up hands-on experience across the full range of cladding systems used in UK industrial and commercial construction.
In 2024, we made the decision to become a complete, standalone contractor — taking on the specification, supply and installation of cladding projects ourselves, from first enquiry through to final sign-off, rather than working behind the scenes for other companies. Faclade as it operates today is the result of that change: the same industry experience, now delivered directly to our own clients under one roof.
Our Team
Faclade is run by a core in-house team of 8, covering specification, project management, procurement and client liaison. For on-site installation, we work with experienced, vetted installation crews — a standard and well-established way of resourcing construction projects — while our in-house team retains full responsibility for specification, quality control and sign-off on every project.
This means that whoever you’re speaking to at Faclade, you’re speaking to the team accountable for your project from start to finish — not being passed to a separate supplier or installer partway through.

Faclade is headquartered in Birmingham, UK. Our team is spread across several locations in the UK, with team members also based in Marbella and Estepona, Spain — giving us useful reach for the right international projects, alongside our core UK coverage.
Our Track Record
Across more than two decades in the industry, our team has contributed to over 200 cladding projects working alongside other companies and service providers. Since establishing Faclade as a complete, standalone contractor in 2024, we’ve delivered around 42 projects directly under our own name — with that number growing as we take on more projects end-to-end ourselves.
